Want a job working one-on-one with kids where you can actually see the difference you're making?

CELECTS Education is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism at our Florence, SC center. No RBT certification or ABA experience is required — we provide paid training and help you become certified.

Pay: $15-20/hour

Schedule: Flexible hours between Monday - Saturday

Setting: Center-based - no driving between clients

Training: Paid RBT training provided

Education: High school diploma/GED required

What You'll Do

• Implement client goals created by a BCBA in each child’s individualized treatment plan to focus on social skills, living skills and academic skills, using a 1:1 teaching format
• Complete data collection and session notes daily to track and show client progress.
• Communicate professionally with client families to provide updates regarding progress
• Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA laws and regulations
• Assist with creation of therapy materials
• Attend team meetings and on-going trainings, as necessary
• Other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, OR the ability to acquire certification within 45 days of hire date.(training provided)
• Prior experience working with children with disabilities is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA practices and adherence to the policies
• Must have the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable spending time on your feet
• Strong written and oral communication along with strong interpersonal skills

Salary dependent on experience and certifications.
