The Manager, Learning & Development drives leadership capability across One Operations by translating enterprise leadership strategy into scalable, high-impact development experiences. This role supports leaders across corporate, site, frontline, and operations environments by building practical learning solutions that strengthen leader effectiveness, coaching capability, and business outcomes. This role designs and delivers integrated learning solutions—including in-person and virtual programs, role-based curricula, cohorts, coaching solutions, organizational development support, and digital or AI-enabled reinforcement tools—in partnership with HRBPs, L&D peers, site and functional leaders, and enterprise L&D. The Manager, Learning & Development ensures consistent application of leadership expectations across leader populations, reinforces core leader capabilities, and continuously improves programs based on data, feedback, and evolving business priorities. This position offers flexibility to be based in Solon, OH (strongly preferred) or work remotely from within the United States with up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end leadership development by defining capability needs, shaping learning journeys, and integrating enterprise leadership capabilities across corporate, site, frontline, and operations leader populations.
• Serve as a capability owner and subject-matter expert by designing scalable solutions, building deep expertise, and ensuring consistent integration across leader groups and development experiences.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs, cohorts, onboarding experiences, intact team sessions, coaching solutions, train-the-trainer models, and targeted organizational development interventions that drive behavior change and practical application.
• Translate enterprise leadership capabilities into role-relevant tools, routines, resources, and digital workflows that improve coaching, alignment, decision-making, engagement, and team performance.
• Lead and/or support key leadership platforms, programs, and strategies, including onboarding, Everyday Coaching, leadership assessments and feedback, coaching platforms, digital fluency capability building, and AI-enabled reinforcement solutions.
• Partner with HR, site and functional leaders, senior leaders, Corporate L&D, TPM, Digital teams, and business stakeholders to diagnose development needs and align solutions to business priorities.
• Equip leaders with practical tools and routines to reinforce leadership behaviors in day-to-day work and support consistent application of core capabilities across functions and sites.
• Integrate leadership development into systems, processes, talent routines, and operating rhythms to improve consistency, scalability, and sustained impact.
• Assess leader effectiveness and continuously improve programs by leveraging data, feedback, assessments, coaching insights, and business priorities to identify capability gaps and evolve learning strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, program management, or leadership development, preferably in a business or operations environment.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, learning tools, capability strategies, or development experiences.
• Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed organizations and partnering across HR, business, site, functional, and enterprise learning teams.
• Experience supporting operations environments such as manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or site-based leadership preferred.
• Exposure to digital learning tools, coaching platforms, leadership assessment tools, or AI-enabled development solutions preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Strong facilitation and experience delivery skills, including leading programs, cohorts, intact team sessions, onboarding experiences, and large-scale development initiatives.
• Ability to translate leadership, digital, and business strategy into practical tools, routines, workflows, and development experiences that drive application and impact.
• Coaching and influencing skills to support behavior change, leader capability development, and leadership effectiveness across multiple leader populations.
• Business and operational acumen, with the ability to connect leadership development and digital capability to team, site, and business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions, levels, and matrixed environments.
• Data literacy, with the ability to synthesize insights from assessments, coaching data, feedback, business metrics, and program outcomes to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
• Program and product mindset, with the ability to manage, scale, and evolve development platforms, learning solutions, tools, and experiences.
• Systems thinking and problem-solving, with a focus on scalable, practical solutions that drive organizational impact.
• Familiarity with digital learning technologies, coaching platforms, AI-enabled learning tools, and approaches for embedding development into leader workflows.

The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000 to 140,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
