WYDOT conducts motor vehicle record checks to verify that candidates possess a valid driver's license. Individuals in these positions must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing. Individuals in these positions must be available for emergency work calls at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional overnight travel is required.
