What You'll Do As a Pest Management Service Technician , you'll work independently, building strong relationships with customers and keeping their homes and businesses pest-free. You'll: * Inspect properties and identify pest issues * Develop and implement effective treatment plans * Apply pest control products safely and responsibly * Provide guidance to customers on preventing future infestations * Maintain accurate records and excellent customer service * Participate in ongoing training and team meetings Who You Are We're looking for reliable, self-managed professionals who love solving problems and working with people. You have: * Strong communication and customer service skills * A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset * The ability to work independently and as part of a team * A valid driver's license and clean driving record * A high school diploma or GED * Willingness to work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays * The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check (Must be at least 21 years of age.)
