Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 + Bonuses (DOE)

MTR Child & Family Services is a small, family-owned and operated organization dedicated to serving families with children ages 0 to 8 throughout San Diego County. We specialize in providing high-quality Early Education Services, Project ImPACT, Behavior Consult, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Your Role
- Clinical Supervision: Supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery for your client caseload.
- Treatment Planning: Develop, oversee, and individualize behavior analytic treatment plans.
- Assessments & Data: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
- Caregiver Support: Provide meaningful parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
- Staff Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and train clinical staff while ensuring strict BACB compliance.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field (Required).
- License/Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing (Required) for 2+ years
