Responsibilities Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassion. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. Qualifications Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence. Hold current and active CPR certification. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity. Exhibit excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, and maintain confidentiality.
