Additional services include ship-owning, chartering, and brokerage solutions. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator to manage and support end-to-end freight forwarding activities. The ideal candidate has at least three years of industry experience, strong operational knowledge, and the ability to coordinate shipments accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate freight forwarding shipments from booking through final delivery. Manage shipment documentation, tracking, scheduling, and operational follow-up. Communicate with customers, carriers, vendors, agents, and internal departments. Prepare and review shipping documents for accuracy and completeness. Monitor shipment milestones and provide timely status updates. Identify and resolve delays, documentation discrepancies, and operational issues. Maintain accurate shipment information within company systems. Coordinate transportation arrangements to ensure timely cargo movement. Support invoicing, cost verification, and shipment file completion. Provide responsive and professional customer service throughout the shipping process. Requirements Minimum of three years of freight forwarding operations experience. Strong knowledge of end-to-end freight forwarding activities. Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with transportation management, tracking, or freight forwarding systems preferred.
