Psychotherapist II

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Psychotherapist II in Bowie, MD to provide outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. In this role, you will perform comprehensive clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient. You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy, using modalities such as CBT and family systems approaches. Responsibilities include accurate and timely documentation in the EHR, coordination of care with psychiatrists and primary care providers, and proactive risk assessment and crisis intervention when needed. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and participate in case conferences, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
