Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to support recovery and maximize functional communication and safety. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you’ll educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment with strong professional growth opportunities.
