Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough client assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual mental health concerns. \n
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to meet client needs. \n
- Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, continuously tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. \n
- Maintain complete and timely documentation of client sessions in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of records. \n
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including trainings and workshops, to continually enhance your clinical competencies and familiarize yourself with emerging practices in mental health care. \n
Our practice primarily serves diverse individuals who experience challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. We are especially interested in candidates who have experience working with various demographics and can contribute to an inclusive therapeutic environment. By leveraging telehealth, we aim to reach clients who may have challenges accessing traditional therapeutic services, ensuring equitable treatment for all.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid license in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. \n
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Strong empathetic disposition, the ability to remain non-judgmental, and maintain a deep respect for the diversity of client experiences. \n
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and meet documentation deadlines. \n
While all qualified applications are welcomed, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches or with experience in teletherapy settings are highly encouraged to apply. Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and understanding of trauma-informed care practices will also be considered an asset.
