Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist – Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Physical Therapist at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Full-time and will work 8-hour, Variable shifts. The practice of Physical Therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff. Position requires general supervision. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school. California Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualification 1 year Rehabilitation experience. Pay Range The wage range for this position is $58.46 - $87.98 per hour. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
