Landscape Foreman

Landscape Assistant Install ForemanGreenlife Gardens is seeking a Landscape Assistant Install Foreman to support the Install Foreman in leading installation crews and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens' quality standards. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, assisting with jobsite execution, crew direction, and daily production while developing the skills needed to grow into a full Foreman role.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Install Foreman in leading and managing landscape installation crews on residential and commercial projectsExecute landscape installations including hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage, and related scopeReview project plans, specifications, and daily work objectives with the Install ForemanHelp ensure jobs are completed on time, within budgeted hours, and to quality standardsTrack labor hours and materials usage and report daily production to the Install ForemanCommunicate job progress, issues, and change needs to the Install ForemanAssist with training, coaching, and developing crew membersMaintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsiteOperate equipment and tools as neededEnsure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly used and maintainedCoordinate with other departments as required to support project successProvide leadership and direction to the crew when the Install Foreman is unavailableQualifications2 or more years of landscape installation experienceStrong knowledge of landscape installation processes and best practicesAbility to read and interpret landscape plans and detailsProven ability to work with and lead a crewStrong communication and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical laborPreferred ExperienceExperience with hardscape installationPrevious crew lead or assistant foreman experienceCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceBonus potential based on performanceHealth/Dental/Vision insurance options401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysAdvancement opportunities within a growing organizationWhy Greenlife GardensGreenlife Gardens is committed to quality work, team development, and long-term growth.
