Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy through live video sessions with adult clients experiencing a range of emotional disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary providers, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and client feedback to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring you provide the most effective care.

• Document clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner using our user-friendly therapist portal, helping maintain compliance and facilitate seamless care delivery.

• Engage actively in regular clinical team meetings, contributing your insights to enhance program quality and therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
