Joining Mark Hancock - State Farm Agent as a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member means becoming an essential part of a growing and customer-focused insurance agency. Benefits include a hiring bonus, 401(k), bonus based on performance, competitive salary, flexible schedule, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, and training & development.
Responsibilities include seeking out and developing new business through lead generation and referrals, explaining insurance options in a clear and supportive way, building lasting customer relationships with consistent outreach and personalized service, and keeping records accurate and up to date while managing policy adjustments.
Qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills, previous experience in sales or customer service, being driven by goals and energized by achieving measurable success, staying organized and handling multiple responsibilities effectively, and bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
