The Role As a Part‑Time Youth Mentor, you’ll play a key role in our youth services program, supporting youth with disabilities in achieving their personal goals. Every day will be different, making this a fun and fulfilling opportunity for those passionate about making a positive impact. Schedule and Compensation Hourly Rate: $16.35/hour Hours: 10-20 hours per week After-school programming: 2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Summer programming: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Monday‑Friday) Flexibility: Scheduling tailored to your availability What You’ll Do Provide support to youth participants with disabilities. Assist during after‑school hours (2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.) and adjust to summer schedules (8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.). Work collaboratively with the Aptiv team to help youth develop independence, social, and life skills. Mentor participants one‑on‑one and in small group settings. Teach emotional regulation, coping, and anger management strategies. Maintain consistency, strong communication, and accurate, up‑to‑date documentation. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation. Meet the State of Wisconsin’s minimum auto insurance requirements.
