Job Description

Responsibilities include leading and coordinating the activities of workers, enforcing safety regulations, analyzing and resolving work problems, initiating plans to motivate workers, recommending personnel actions, training new workers, maintaining records, coordinating with other supervisors, resolving grievances, operating company equipment, and driving company vehicles.

Qualifications

Requirements include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or GED equivalent, possessing a valid state driver's license, being able to select, train, guide, and motivate employees, demonstrating communication skills, having the legal right to work in the United States, being able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English, having previous supervisory experience, being able to work in a team environment, showing initiative and critical thinking skills, and being able to work with minimal supervision.
