CNA - LTC/SNF

Nursing Assistant Position

Provide compassionate and reliable nursing assistant support in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure the delivery of quality patient care while maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Administer basic patient care procedures as directed by licensed nursing staff.
• Document patient observations and report any changes in condition promptly.
• Follow infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemptions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Wear a photo badge and carry valid identification at all times on duty.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license or certification in the state.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF or similar healthcare settings.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have completed or be willing to complete required COVID-19 vaccination or hold approved exemptions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
