Associate Technican

Packaging Technician 2nd Shift

We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Packaging Technician to join a fast-paced packaging team at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you'll operate packaging equipment, follow established procedures, and help ensure products are packaged safely, accurately, and in compliance with quality standards. If you enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in doing things the right way, and are comfortable in a regulated manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

• Operate packaging and production equipment, including start-up, basic adjustments, and in-process quality checks
• Accurately complete batch records and production documentation
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines at all times
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to established procedures
• Work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production goals
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a regulated production environment is preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to follow written procedures and document work accurately
• Basic computer skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on an intermittent basis
