Audiologist Full time in office position in Jacksonville, NC. Overview We are looking for an Audiologist to join our team at HearingLife. Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning. Achieve practice growth with a strong sales mindset while maintaining ethical practice standards. Conduct local community outreach, including health fairs and building physician relationships. Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories; maintain current understanding of third‑party payors and payment methods. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets in collaboration with PCC and Manager to achieve clinic KPIs. Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio. Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations. Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results. Communicate test results and proposed treatments in clear terms to patients. Perform any other duties as assigned.
