Physical Therapist

Wellstar Health System is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for Inpatient Rehab. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients with a variety of diagnoses to restore function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include completing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and documenting in the EMR. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges, all within a compassionate, patient-centered, and innovative care environment.
