Grain Associate

Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring a Grain Associate in Tontogany, OH. As a Grain Associate for Cardinal Staffing, you will work in an outdoor environment and be involved in all aspects of grain elevator operations including:

• Unloading/Loading trucks
• Grading grain

This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of ($18/hr ) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shift - 1st 8am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday) Responsibilities of the Grain Associate:

• Unload/load trucks
• Performs general clean-up of elevator
• Runs appropriate series of tests on different grains

Work Environment of the Grain Associate:

• Seasonal weather conditions

Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Sorter:

• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.

• Ability to work overtime as needed
