Guest Relations Associate

Location: Retreat Ranch - Marble Falls, TX Are you the kind of person who walks into a room and immediately makes people feel welcome? Retreat Ranch is looking for an energetic, ridiculously friendly Guest Relations Team Member to help create an incredible experience for our guests. This is much more than a front desk position—you’re one of the faces of the ranch and play a huge role in creating the welcoming, peaceful atmosphere we’re known for. What You’ll Do Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service Answering guest questions and helping ensure they have an amazing stay Checking guests in and out Light cleaning during your shift, including washing and folding pool towels Keeping the ranch store organized and stocked Inventory management and restocking supplies Assisting with miscellaneous ranch projects as needed Supporting other team members wherever help is needed Administrative and computer‑based tasks Schedule Approximately 12–20 hours per week Most shifts are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday Occasional weekday shifts (Monday–Wednesday) Must have a flexible schedule Want more hours? If you enjoy teaching or facilitating activities such as candle making, pottery, crafts, or other guest experiences, there are opportunities to pick up additional hours.
