Begin your practice with the support of seasoned physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) who will mentor you, collaborate with you, and help you gain confidence in your patient care approach.

• Four-day clinic work schedule

• On-call duties approximately once a week, with CNM handling first call

• Collaborative model between Physicians and CNMs

• Dedicated operating room time, 2-4 days each month

Your initial years in practice can be both rewarding and challenging. You will collaborate with experienced physicians who are eager to teach, discuss cases, and assist in surgical procedures. Questions are encouraged, teamwork is anticipated, and you will always have colleagues to rely on.

Our beautiful office is located on the Emerson Hospital campus, complemented by two nearby satellite locations, along with 24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric coverage.

Your partners will manage your inbox, patient communications, and urgent clinical matters while you are away, ensuring that your vacation truly feels like a break.

• Complete obstetric care

• Gynecologic surgeries, with opportunities to be the primary surgeon alongside GYN Oncology and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) specialists

• Advanced office procedures

• Family planning services, including first- and second-trimester abortion care

• Menopause and midlife health management

• 3D ultrasound & Maternal-Fetal Medicine consultations, Level II ultrasounds

Salary range: $275K-$325K
