We are looking for individuals who are passionate about preparing students for successful careers by combining current industry expertise with engaging, student-centered instruction.Adjunct faculty teach assigned courses, mentor students, and contribute to a learning environment that emphasizes practical application, professional development, and ethical leadership.**Responsibilities*** Teach in-person undergraduate courses in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.* Create an engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning and student success.* Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.* Maintain accurate course records and submit grades according to college deadlines.* Communicate regularly with students and department leadership.* Support the mission and values of Ensign College through professional conduct and student mentorship.**Course Topics May Include*** Digital Marketing Strategy* Social Media Marketing* Content Marketing* Search Engine Optimization (SEO)* Search Engine Marketing (SEM)* Digital Advertising* Email Marketing* Marketing Analytics* Social Media Content Creation* Brand Strategy* Influencer Marketing* Emerging Marketing Technologies and AI Applications**Minimum Qualifications*** Master's degree* Professional industry experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, or a closely related field.* Demonstrated knowledge of current digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.* Ability to engage and mentor diverse learners in an in-person classroom environment.* Commitment to maintaining current knowledge of evolving marketing trends and technologies.**Preferred Qualifications*** Previous college-level teaching, training, or corporate instructional experience.* Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.* Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.* Relevant industry certifications (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot, or similar) are a plus.**Why Teach at Ensign College?**Teaching at Ensign College provides an opportunity to influence the next generation of marketing professionals while sharing your industry expertise in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
