Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for neonates with a gestational age of 22 weeks and greater. Manage prematurity and related complications like BPD and perform ROP exams. Operate and monitor conventional ventilators, oscillators, and bubble CPAP. Ensure nutritional requirements are met for neonates at risk for alteration of nutrition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary support services like Respiratory Services and Pharmacy. Float to Family Maternity Center/Postpartum for specialized care as required. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level III NICU setting. BCLS and NRP certifications required. Previous travel nursing experience is mandatory; first-timers not accepted. Experience with EPIC charting system is required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including four weekend shifts per four-week schedule. Willing to float to similar units based on need and skill set.
