Warehouse Coordinator

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction warehouse operations and oversee storage of project materials
• Coordinate the receiving of materials with buyers, invoice reconcilers, coordinators, and external vendors
• Inspect all incoming materials for damage and ensure inspections are properly documented
• Provide receiving documentation to support invoice verification processes
• Coordinate preventative maintenance activities with appropriate teams prior to installation and turnover
• Ensure materials are stored safely and in accordance with required storage guidelines until installation

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to gather, input, update, and distribute documentation as needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0–3 years of related experience
