Maintenance Technician Full Time Technical Newark, DE, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1409 Residential Maintenance Technician Location: Rockwood Position Overview As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall maintenance of residential units and common areas in a multi–unit housing facility. This role combines hands–on technical work with property upkeep and customer service, ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and well–maintained for residents.
