Salesforce Administrator
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the system – namely Salesforce and the Glovia application. This person works within the system daily to manage data integrity, process effectiveness and user support. Supports day-to-day use of the system. Implements enhancement or maintenance work, managing timelines and resources. This role will work hand in hand with the CRM Senior Analyst to ensure a positive user experience and efficient data processes.
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for:

Top 3 required skills:
- Salesforce Admin certification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Experience with the Fujitsu Glovia application or ability to learn this application on Salesforce
Other required skills:
- Ability to interface with and influence personnel across JMS
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple workloads and requests
- Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to read, write and speak in English required.
- Bias for action, self motivated problem solver

- Foodservice knowledge
- CPG knowledge
- Experience in supply chain and operations
