Who we're looking for: VERSATILITY - Cutting skills that span all textures/lengths of hair KNOWLEDGE - Interested in current trends, products, and services TDLR - Keep a clean and sanitized station UPBEAT - Professional and positive demeanor Our pay structure: Service Commission: 40-45% based on sales Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions Hiring Bonus! 2 Weeks Paid Vacation: Get 32 hours of PTO upon hire 32 additional hours of PTO after 90 days of employment PTO paid out at $18/hour What sets Birds apart: FULL BOOKS - Check it out!
