Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery located in Carthage, Tennessee. This role involves providing clinical care within the Labor and Delivery, Nursery, and Postpartum units. Candidates must bring their license on the first day and possess at least one year of experience in Labor and Delivery.

Job Details:

• Location: Carthage, Tennessee
• Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
• Schedule: See shift details
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in Tennessee; Certifications include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and experience in Labor and Delivery; minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in Tennessee
• Preferred Qualifications: PALS, Centricity, and Meditech experience (not mandatory)
• Additional Information: All travelers must have required certifications prior to start; client reserves the right to require additional certifications. State-specific check includes LPNT Tennessee Abuse Registry.

  • Number of Beds: 2 labor beds and 3 postpartum beds
  • Patient Ratios: 1:2
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR): Meditech
