Senior Fashion Designer

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to work with and coordinate with overseas team and factories (including other countries) and coordinate prototyping and production;
2. Superb attention to details and ability to work independently. Flexible with work hours to get tasks done. This includes working afterhours with our overseas team to coordinate tasks as needed. Requires good leadership and management skills. Ability to multi-task and wear many hats and take on different roles and tasks as needed;
3. Good technical skills in programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Office programs, and Power Point;
4. Ability to communicate and work effectively with team other members. Can do spirit and takes ownership in role to help company succeed and grow;
5. Education: Bachelor’s degree; ROLE OF SENIOR FASHION DESIGNER:

1. Study market trends such as visiting malls, studying what is trending online & trending in the market, looking at competitor’s trends and fashions;
2. Manage apparel & product design department, and develop & create apparel designs that fits our customer base;
3. Provide pattern designs, design requirements and specs, and/or Flat drawings to the factory and coordinate prototyping process;
4. Work with team to create new product lines and develop new merchandising programs so that sales team can target new customers or expand sales in existing customers;
