Bilingual Spanish Implementation Manager

Managing the end-to-end implementation of new business, the full-time Global Business Implementation Manager - Bilingual Spanish will oversee project initiatives, ensure effective communication with clients, and provide technical oversight while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead and manage the implementation of new business projects, maintaining communication to meet customer expectations Engage cross-functional teams to validate business scope and ensure appropriate technologies are selected for customer requirements Provide day-to-day direction to implementation teams and ensure adherence to processes throughout the implementation lifecycle Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred and 8 years of relevant experience Bilingual Spanish is required Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies to develop customer solutions Experience managing teams, including contractors and suppliers
