Attorney - Assessment Recovery

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to manage assessment recovery, real estate litigation, money judgments, bankruptcy, judgment enforcement, foreclosure, and real property matters. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload involving assessment recovery, real estate litigation, money judgments, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and real property matters. Draft complaints, answers, discovery requests, motions, and legal documents. Conduct legal research, witness preparation, depositions, and trial preparation. Handle motion practice and trial proceedings. Advise clients on case status, strategy, and legal developments. Manage electronic task lists, deadlines, billing, and case workflow. Coordinate with legal and administrative support staff. Participate in client meetings and presentations. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to practice law in Ohio. Experience in real estate, corporate, contract, or civil litigation. Knowledge of assessment recovery, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and judgment enforcement. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software.
