What We Are Looking For On the Experiential Production (XP) team, every day involves working across clients, from mobile tours to major sponsorship activations to virtual events. We need team players with strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a willingness to travel across the U.S. at short notice. Responsibilities Execute projects within budget and timeframe under agency standards Serve as client contact and support business leadership in managing relationships Manage event components—activities, staff, reporting, post‑event tasks—for assigned accounts Build understanding of client businesses Utilize agency tools to convey terms, purchase orders, and production starts Provide timely job information to team members Develop knowledge of agency capabilities Handle project finances per agency policy Build relationships across multidisciplinary teams Use agency resources efficiently Mentor and manage junior staff and temporary event staff Negotiate vendor and event specifics Prepare management and client reports detailing program specifics Participate in concept development and marketing meetings Assist with budget and invoice management Attend event advance meetings Work on‑site at events Support Momentum’s values Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements 1‑3 years of relevant professional experience Preferred experience as a production assistant or equivalent Basic technical production skills desirable Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook Professional demeanor with confidence and enthusiasm Proven success in project management and juggling multiple priorities History of effective collaboration across diverse teams Understanding of agency processes, departmental functions, and workflow Understanding of branding and brand value Momentum Benefits Time Well Taken flexible benefits plan Hybrid work model (home or office) Holidays and winter break schedule No meeting Fridays Curated DE&I programs Medical, dental, and vision plans Short‑ and long‑term disability 401(k) with company match Employee Assistance Program Tuition reimbursement Work‑from‑home stipend Referral bonuses Training and development opportunities Flexible Spending Account Health Saving Accounts Salary Range The salary range for this position is $62,400 to $65,000.
