Sales Agent

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is opening a brand new location in Kyle, Texas inside H‑E‑B. We are hiring Sales Agents who will help launch a new AAA presence in a high‑traffic retail environment. What You’ll Do Source, develop leads, and actively prospect while building your network Engage directly with customers in a retail environment to drive interest and sales Maintain a competitive drive to meet and exceed monthly goals Provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships and retention Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Take ownership of your success and build a profitable book of business What We’re Looking For Sales experience highly preferred A natural ability to approach, engage, and connect with people in a high‑traffic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses Basic computer skills and strong organizational skills High school diploma required, college degree preferred Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire Why This Role Stands Out This is not your typical branch role.
