What You’ll Bring:

• Current New Hampshire Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Prior experience in school-based settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
• Preferred experience in supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Proficiency in thorough documentation and completion of evaluations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor a district-wide COTA, supporting their professional growth and ensuring quality care
• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations
• Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Provide direct OT services to students with targeted needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and other service providers to maximize student outcomes
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as part of a supportive team
