What You'll Do Deliver provider-directed rehabilitation therapies safely and accurately. Prepare patients for therapy and explain what to expect. Help patients stay on track with their prescribed treatment plans. Document therapies accurately in the electronic medical record (EHR). Educate patients on therapy exercises and the proper use of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to providers when appropriate. Verify insurance information and support authorization workflows. Coordinate closely with providers and teammates to deliver a seamless patient experience. Maintain an organized treatment area while supporting efficient daily clinic operations. Deliver every patient interaction with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.
