Summary

Sinai Health System (SHS) is one the largest private safety net healthcare systems in Illinois. The Staff Nurse is accountable for the performance of patient care for the Cardiodiagnostics Department. Administers basic and advanced non-invasive cardiology diagnostic procedures on patients with suspected deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. Recommends, evaluates, and performs cardiology diagnostic procedures in the non-invasive cardiology laboratory and nuclear medicine department.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Successful completion of Hospital and Departmental orientation programs.
• 1 year of nursing experience within area of telemetry.

• Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Illinois. ACLS, BLS.

• 2 years of Staff Nurse experience. Clinical experience in one of the following areas is required: CCU, ED, Adult Critical Care or Telemetry.
