Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Order Picker to join the team in Grove City, OH.Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Your ResponsibilitiesEnsures accuracy of picking customer ordersPerform quality checksVerifies stock availability and stock shelvesRepackage ordersMaintain a safe and clean work environmentCleans and maintains a safe working environmentMaintains related recordsYour Shift: 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pmYou Must HaveMust be able to use a ring scanner, manual equipment and powered material handling equipment (i.e. order picker or lift)Must be able to read and count accurately and do simple mathDetail orientedMust be able to work independently with minimum supervisionAbility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment where you maintain and enhance department goalsEffectively communicate and work in a team environmentSelf-motivated and able to multi taskCertification Required for equipmentRequirements Within This PositionAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)We Would Also Prefer: 2 years Experience in Pick/PackingAbout Taylor CorporationOne of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
