If you're passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact, the Infosys Financial Services unit is the perfect place for you to grow and excel.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs Your contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.Required Skill and Experience• Strong experience in Scala or functional programming• Unit Tests and Acceptance/Behavior Tests• Quality code delivery • Data structures, algorithms and problem solving• Agile delivery including pair programming and daily stand-ups;• Continuous integration with a shared code basePreferred Skill and Experience• Banking middle/back-office domain experience • Third-party Scala libraries/frameworks such as Scalactic, Scalatra, Akka, RxScala or TypeLevel libraries • Understanding of Agile scrum FrameworkAdditional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
