BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities The BCBA will complete behavioral assessments; develop treatment plans; provide family consultations and training; supervise behavior technicians; and deliver direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. The BCBA is responsible for all required documentation for ongoing treatment, including instructional program development, data collection, graphing and analysis, progress reports, and behavior support plans. Qualifications Master’s degree or PhD, with completion of BACB‑approved behavior analytic coursework Current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB Current LABA preferred Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
