Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Ladysmith, WI. This position is for the PM shift and requires a skilled nurse who can provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Full-Time 32 - 40 hours 8-hour shifts Every other Weekend Every other Holiday

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during the PM shift, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience working the PM shift preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
