Proactive Risk Strategist
Intuit
Intuit is seeking a Proactive Risk Specialist to own the earliest stage of the risk lifecycle by monitoring account health signals before issues become escalations. You will partner with Customer Success Managers to intervene early and route concerns to the right owner, staying upstream of Critical Account Managers. This role is not a customer support position but a data‑informed partner role that feeds a healthier, better‑triaged queue into the Escalation Management Team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Intuit
