About the role A multi-family office serving high-net-worth individuals and families is hiring a Multi-Family Office Associate. This is an entry-level role — ideal for a recent college graduate eager to learn and grow in wealth management — supporting operational functions across the firm with hands‑on experience. What you'll do Client servicing & support: engage with clients to address inquiries and provide exceptional service; collaborate with the team to resolve requests promptly Reporting: help generate and analyze client reports; contribute ideas to improve reporting processes and formats Data entry: maintain accurate client records and databases; learn to navigate industry-leading software platforms Capital calls: support the processing of capital calls and distributions under guidance; gain exposure to investment management processes Subscription documents: learn to complete documentation accurately and efficiently; build organizational skills and attention to detail Billing: assist with billing procedures and invoice processing; gain exposure to financial transactions and billing systems Request management (Wealthscape / Addepar): gain hands‑on experience with industry software; help manage client requests and tasks Account opening, onboarding & maintenance: support onboarding of new clients with senior guidance; learn regulatory and compliance procedures What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Enthusiasm for financial services and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic team #J-18808-Ljbffr Collyde Inc
