Through your expertise and attention, you'll help support a 5th grader’s health and participation in the classroom, fostering their independence and well-being every day.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Georgia is required
• Previous experience with pediatric patients, especially in a school setting, is highly desirable
• Knowledge and confidence with g-tube feeds, supplemental oxygen, and monitoring vital signs
• Proven professionalism, reliability, and dedication to 1:1 care
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with school staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and deliver nursing care for a 5th-grade student in alignment with the student's individualized health plan
• Perform daily g-tube feedings, administer or monitor supplemental oxygen as needed, and consistently check vital signs
• Accompany the student to and from school, including meeting them at home in the morning and supporting them during transport
• Document interventions and maintain communication with the school nurse, student’s medical team, and family
• Provide compassionate, attentive, and skilled care throughout the school day on an onsite basis
