An established Gastroenterology practice in South Lake Tahoe, California is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist for a procedure-focused role with a flexible schedule, strong compensation, and an exceptional outdoor lifestyle.

Practice Details

• Solo GI practice with dedicated AP support in the clinic and advanced endoscopy technology on-site
• Flexible 4 to 5-day workweek with 3 procedural days focused on scopes, with room to grow volume
• Call runs approximately 8 days per month with characteristically low overnight demand
• Dual licensure opportunity: eligible to practice in both California and Nevada

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $625,000 to $650,000 with productivity incentives tied to volume and quality metrics
