Job Description

16.00-$20.00/hour1st Choice Urgent Care/OccMed Connect is looking to hire a Full Time Medical Assistant/Front Desk.Duties include but are not limited to greeting and registering patients, answering phones, verifying insurance, and collecting co-pays. Rooming the patient, vitals, testing, preparing specimens, EKG, x-ray, blood draw, injections. The Medical Assistant assists in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of the provider. All other duties as assigned.Shifts Depending on Location:6 hours8 hours10 hours12 hoursAfternoon and Midnight positions availableRotating Weekends and HolidaysCompetitive pay and benefits.Skills preferred:VitalsVenipunctureInjectionsEKGX -RaySplintingDOT PhysicalDrug ScreensBreath AlcoholPlease apply with your resume and salary requirements.Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourMedical specialties:Urgent CareOccupational MedicineExperience:Medical Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)Vital signs: 2 years (Preferred)Occupational Medicine (Preferred)License/Certification:BLS Certification (Required)
