Partners In Staffing is hiring a dependable Machine Operator for a medical device manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids. You'll help produce precision components by operating or tending production equipment, checking parts, and completing basic assembly tasks. Training is provided.
Responsibilities- Operate or tend production equipment according to training and work instructions.
- Monitor production and check parts for quality and defects.
- Complete basic assembly and other production tasks as assigned.
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures.
- Keep your workstation organized and report equipment or quality concerns.
- Work with your team to meet production goals.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
- Comfort with hands-on, repetitive production work.
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
The position includes a paid orientation. Required pre-employment background and tobacco screening applies. Some assignments may require cleanroom garments and additional cleanliness procedures.
