From SEO and email automation to analytics and AI-driven content systems, your work will directly impact operational performance and customer growth. Accountabilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered marketing automation workflows across multiple brands and channels.
• Build scalable systems for content generation, reporting, customer insights, email marketing, and operational efficiency using automation platforms and AI tools.
• Manage and optimize SEO initiatives including keyword research, content workflows, metadata improvements, internal linking, and competitor analysis.
• Support local SEO efforts by managing business listings, citations, FAQs, and location-based optimization strategies.
• Develop and improve lifecycle email marketing campaigns, including welcome flows, abandoned cart sequences, post-purchase communication, segmentation, and retention campaigns.
• Monitor automation systems, troubleshoot workflow issues, and continuously improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Analyze funnel performance, campaign metrics, and growth opportunities to provide actionable business insights and performance reporting.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and technical stakeholders to rapidly implement solutions and iterate based on evolving priorities.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing automation, workflow optimization, or systems development within digital marketing environments.
• Hands-on expertise with automation platforms such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or similar tools.
• Practical experience implementing AI-driven workflows using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, organic growth strategies, email marketing automation, and e-commerce marketing ecosystems.
• Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Ahrefs, Klaviyo, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Shopify, and related marketing technologies.
• Ability to independently build, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize automation systems and API integrations.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and an execution-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in fast-moving remote teams.
• Experience with DTC, subscription-based businesses, startups, or lean operational environments is considered a strong advantage.
• Basic programming knowledge (such as Python) and experience building AI agents or advanced automation systems is a plus.
