Responsibilities Design and execute culture programming, team activities, and recognition moments Own the planning and execution of key M&C gatherings Support internal communications efforts that keep the M&C team informed and aligned Requirements 2 years in communication or learning and development, marketing or human resources 3 years in communication or learning and development, marketing or human resources (preferred) Event planning experience Must have executive presence working with senior leaders Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in event planning and internal communications, with a strong ability to design and execute culture programming and team activities.
